Common extension issues and solutions.

Extension Not Loading​

  1. Check if extension is enabled
  2. Reload the extension
  3. Reinstall if needed

Not Signed In​

  1. Open promptsy.dev in a tab
  2. Sign in to your account
  3. Try the extension again

Copy Not Working​

  1. Check clipboard permissions
  2. Try a different browser
  3. Use keyboard shortcut

Sync Issues​

  1. Sign out of Promptsy web
  2. Clear extension data
  3. Sign in again
